Lubricating grease performance test is divided into three steps
The performance of lubricating grease is a comprehensive reflection of the composition and preparation process of lubricating grease. The testing of lubricating grease performance is not only decisive in production and research, but also in the selection and inspection of lubricating grease by the user department.
Lubricating grease performance test can be divided into the following three steps:
1) Evaluate the physical and chemical properties of lubricating grease in the laboratory. The test method must be representative, simple and fast.
2) Simulation test. The specific mechanical components lubricated with grease are tested under standardized test conditions (such as temperature, speed, load, etc.). The selected test conditions can try to simulate the actual use as much as possible.
3) Bench test. The performance of the internal combustion engine oil is evaluated on the selected engine after a certain period of operation under standardized conditions. The result of the engine bench test is the basis for judging the quality level of the internal combustion engine oil, which is particularly important for the internal combustion engine oil.
